Welcome to LALA Stories. By accessing or using our website, mobile experiences, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account and place orders.

3. Payment Terms

All orders require payment in advance via the methods offered at checkout. Prices are displayed in EGP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds, cancellations, and returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Shipping timelines, fees, and coverage are governed by our Shipping Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Story templates, illustrations, text, and software are owned by LALA Stories or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your personalized storybook for family and non-commercial use. Uploaded child photos remain yours — we only use them to generate your order.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LALA Stories is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related order.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
